Since 2015, I have designed, built, and implemented management systems across more than 20 organizations, mostly deep-tech startups scaling toward certification, investment, or international markets.
The work spans the full lifecycle: from building a system from scratch to restructuring one that exists on paper only, to integrating an existing ISO system into how governance and strategy actually operate.
Implementation covers ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO27001, AQAP 2110 and ISO 45001.
Beyond certification, the focus is always on connecting the management system to the company's strategy and governance model, so it continues to work for the business long after the engagement ends.Making complex simple, in a way that the system supports the business long after the engagement ends.

A management system disconnected from governance and strategic objectives will always underdeliver. It passes audits. It does not move the business forward.
The work here is connecting what most organizations manage separately: ISO systems, governance structures, and strategic priorities, brought into one working bundle. This includes merging strategy, quality, and information security systems to ensure that what the organization does day to day is directly supporting its strategic goals.
OKRs are the mechanism that makes that connection operational, translating strategic objectives into measurable priorities across every management layer, from leadership decisions to floor-level execution.
Not ISO on one side and strategy on the other. One system, connected throughout.
