With over two decades of experience across advanced manufacturing, automotive, technology, and the public sector, I work with organizations where growth, complexity, or regulatory pressure begin to break existing structures.

I design and embed governance, operating models, and management systems that enable organizations to scale, execute under pressure, and meet investor and regulatory expectations.

My work is both strategic and hands-on. I align strategy, execution, and decision-making through governance frameworks, OKRs, and integrated management systems that function in practice, not only on paper.

I have led transformations across ISO and regulated environments, including ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 13485, and IATF environments. This includes recovering failing certification processes, building audit-ready systems, and enabling organizations to enter European and US markets.

I also operate in interim leadership roles when execution, stability, and structural clarity are critical, stepping into organizations during periods where failure is not an option.

I work directly with founders and executive teams to turn growth into structured scale and to ensure organizations perform under pressure, meet compliance requirements, and become investment-ready.

I am typically engaged when existing structures no longer support growth and execution cannot fail.
