With over two decades of experience across advanced manufacturing, automotive, deep-tech, and the public sector, I work with organizations where growth, complexity, or regulatory pressure has begun to break existing structures.

I design and embed governance frameworks, operating models, and integrated management systems that enable organizations to scale, execute under pressure, and meet investor and regulatory expectations. The work is both strategic and hands-on — connecting strategy, execution, and decision-making through governance structures, OKRs, and management systems that function in practice, not only on paper.

I have led transformations across ISO and regulated environments including ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 13485, and IATF — recovering failing certification processes, building audit-ready systems, and enabling organizations to enter European and US markets through CE and UL validation schemes.

When execution, stability, and structural clarity are critical, I also step in as interim leadership. For organizations where failure is not an option, I work directly inside the structure until it holds.

I work with founders and executive teams to turn growth into structured scale — ensuring organizations perform under pressure, meet compliance requirements, and become investment-ready.
